Before mass production, our production manager will do assembly of ******0PCS as a test to see the points that we have to pay attention to during mass assembly and see the places that may have quality problem.
After this trial-produce, production manager will have a meeting with production line leader and give him the instructions and matters needing attention.

(3) Mass production start, unfinished-QA will do casual inspection and watch, to see if there is any irregular assembly problems.

(4)Watch head production finished, unfinished-QA do full inspection of them-check the functions and appearance of the watch heads.
