SYK Series Flexo Multi-color Printer & Slotter

Paper-feeding: Chain paper-pushing feeding.
The unit adopts electric open & closing and pneumatic locking (with overload protection function).
Paper-feeding roller: The upper axle adopts grinning paper-feeding wheel while the lower axle adopts steel grinning roller.

The hard chromium-plating of the surface guarantees the smooth feeding of the paperboard and does not damage the corrugated surface paper.
Printing roller: (The advanced, convenient and practical hanging plate with hooked slots is optional).Loading and unloading the plate can be independently controlled by the footswitch. Phase adjustment adopts non-stop **0 degree electric digital adjustment according to the error data and automatic adjustment.

Ink circulating system
①The anilox roller adopts **0 lines or **0 lines combined steel net roller.
②The rubber roller is made up of natural oil-proof, acid-proof and alkali proof rubber.
③Pneumatic diaphragm pumps of ink, automatic circulating & automatic cleaning after filling water.
④Stop working to distribute ink evenly. Shut down the machine for a short period time while the ink circulating system is still working. No cleaning guarantees the quality of the printed and makes the inking color the same.
⑤The anilox and rubber rollers of the pneumatic controlled ink circulating system moves upward and downward quickly, which can do more tiny script printing, fine pattern printing or multi-color printing and can make the printed clear and complete.
Slotting part (Optional)
①The slotting part can electrically adjust the phase in **0°.
②The height of the carton can be adjusted by hand and four knives are synchronous work.
③The aspect ratio, the up and down knife disk , top and bottom line presser, paper-kicking knife, creasing shaft and the pointer of the ruller can be manual shift ,thus saving time.(SYK***0, SYK***0 have this function)
The whole machine is with pneumatic control, and has the functions of counting, alarming and operating at the back of the machine.
