Extruded meal prepared exclusively with selected fruit of Peruvian Mesquite originated in the natural woods of the north Peruvian coast, free of insecticide, disinfectants and pollutants. It can be used at the food industry for its flavoring and sweetening (sucrose, fructose and glucose) recommended in bakery and pastry, cookies, cereal mixtures, energy bars, ice creams, milkshakes and instantaneous beverages. Likewise it can be included in granolas and diet products as well, for its content of diet fiber, calcium, phosphorous, and iron.
