The vacuum pump system is compose of the vacuum pump and roots pump.The system has automatic control vacuum degree function.It can effectively improve drying rate.The vacuum pump install the backing oil vavle .

The circulating system adopt PID control system,it has high precision temperature control.The working principle is that the hot sourse exchange the heat quantity to the heat transfer oil through the plate exchanger.The circulating pump circulate the heat tranfer oil in order to heat.The cooling system adopt the cooling source exchange the cooling quantity to the heat transfer oil in order to cool.

The control system is an operating intelligent system which is accord to terminal and remote control system.The control system can display various components operating status,the system operating procedures and records,alarm and alarm recording,the freeze drying process setting and calls.It can remote the equment by remote software.
