We process mainly two varieties: Loin and Whole fish (G&G or H&G). The loin are vacuum sealed in polythene bags, weighed labelled and packed in Polystyrene Boxes (*9" x *7" x *5") with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around *0 - *5Kg per box. The Whole Fish average upwards of *0Kg are processed and wrapped in a foam like material and packed in Cardboard Boxes (*1" x *8" x *4") with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around **0Kg to **0Kg per box. For U.S.A or some Countries we use Dry Ice depending on the destination. -Our products will always be accompanied by a health certificate issued by Maldives Food and Drug Authority, a histamine report prepared in accordance with EU standards and any other necessary supporting documents. -Our Processing Factories are registered with the European Union (EU approved Factories. The facility maintains stringent requirements set by European Union directives complying with the EU preventive Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)-based regulations/standards.
