Conservation Temperature: **8°C (good for up to 1 year from date of production) Duration after defrosting: 2 days at *4°C (after defrosting, product cannot be frozen again) Standard Packaging: The focacce are packed pre-cooked in boxes of *0 (ten) units, each weighting **0g, for a total of 4 Kg. per box. These boxes are packed in pallets containing each *3 boxes, or **0 focacce each, for a total weight of **2 Kg.
