Nowadays, the season has come for the mutton of Mongolia. We and our partners have cooperated for the export of the lamb and goat carcass which is good in shape and fresh in taste. we have different kinds of specificatons. 1. The age of the goat should be below 1 year, 2. The product shall conform to the Islamic meat slaughtering standards 3. After the process of frozen technology, the goat carcass whose hind leg muscles’ deep core temperature is below*15℃, is frozen hard. The whole carcass has the natural upright shape of column (the neck bend up naturally) and isn’t pressed flat and twisted. It has no frost, no pollution and is notwithered and shrunken 4. The requirements for slaughtering and processing: Blood bleeding completely. Strip off the skin; remove the head, hooves, offal, large blood vessels, breast, and reproductive organs, etc. Keeping the subcutaneous fat or fascia intact (each goat carcass can have less than three cut parts, and the area of each cut part is no more than*0cm* 2). Three glands are cut off (thyroid, adrenal gland and lymph node disease). Cut neat, clean, no lesions, no injury spot, no residue, no small skin graft, no floating hair, no dung, no guts dirt, and no blood clot. 5. The weight of each goat carcass is *0**6 kg 6.
