COLECTOMATIC ***0 REFUSE COLLECTOR General The Colectomatic ***0 is a rear loading refuse collection vehicle, with a full width, large capacity hopper. The hydraulically operated compaction system achieves compaction of **0 to **0 lbs per cu yd. Manufacture and assembly by Alam Steel Industries, Kuwait, under license from The Heil Co., USA. Construction - All welded steel construction, high tensile steel to JIS-G*****-SS**0 or equivalent. - Hopper tailgate and ejector panel constructed of high tensile steel. - Body floor is flat and crevice free. - Hopper loading edge approximately 4” below chassis frame. Hydraulic - High pressure (***0 PSIG) hydraulic system, with pump driven from vehicle PTO (Throttle control switch fitted at rear and side). A suitable PTO & its controls to be supplied by customer. - Hydraulic cylinders for tail-gate raise (2x3” bore) packing blade (2x4” bore) & slide (2x4 1/2” bore). Ejector/compaction plate is operated by a four stage double acting telescopic ram, with sufficient stroke to cover the full floor length. - **-micron return line replacement filter element, easily accessible for replacement. - Oil tank mounted at side of vehicle.
