Gear Hobbing Machine

Gear hobbing machine is the most widely used in gear machine tool.It

can cut  straight teeth, helical cylindrical gears and also can processed

worm and sprocket, etc. According to recent exhibition with hob process

straight teeth, helical cylindrical bevel wheel and one word and the worm

gear processing machine tools. This machine use special hob to

processing the spline and various special toothed sprocket workpiece.

Ordinary gear hobbing processing precision for 7 ~ 6 level (JB179-83),

high precision for 4 ~ 3 grade gear hobbing. The largest machining

diameter of 15 m.
