The company is specialize in giant squid but we can also supply you with other products from our ocean like Australis Hake ( merluccius australis), octopus ( enteroctopus megalociatus), scallops and king crab. In the near future ( march, ***2) we will be able to offer you boiled giant squid- Daruma.

Giant squid fillets
Fillets have natural width and length and no chemicals are added during the processing. First skin is off but the other two are on. Pack in ten kilos block with two blocks per bag. Normaly there are three fillets per block and it has natural white color.

Giant squid tentacles
Tentacles can be bailarina cut or can be uncut. We can also grade them or not as customer request. Fully clean of the nail of the suckers. Reproductor can go in or separate from the rest of tentacles. Pack in *0 kgs blocks with two blocks per bag.

Giant squid wings

Natural size, cut in half and with the cartilage cut off. Skin on and pack in *0 kgs block with blocks per bag.

Payment terms:
