The MoonHouse Brand of ginger is a virgin, carefully selected from the first and fresh farm gate produce. For it to appear clean, its washed off any debt bagging them into paper to preserve its moisture content before putting them into cartons for shipping.
On the other hand, to get the granulated ginger, the fresh ginger is sent into a drier before it is ground into powder. It is then bagged into units of 5 kilos or as the customer may specify in his/her order.
