Glycerin ENEMA Glycerin Enema is a hyperosmotic laxative. It works by irritating the lining of the intestine and increasing the amount of fluid, making it easier for stools to pass. Composition: Glycerin *0% Indication: Relieving occasional constipation. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. Usage & Administration: The following dosage is instilled into the anal. Adults - *0ml a time Children (6 to *1 years old) - *0ml a time Infants **0ml for 1 to 5 years old and 5ml for less than I year old.
