The procedures of the Gold transaction are as follows:
 
1. Meetng with the Supplier/Miner at their Offices in Dar Es Salaam.
2. Customs Officers brings the cargo from the Customs Bonded warehouse for the Buyers to view.
3. The Seller ,Customs officers and Buyer take the Gold to a Government Laboratory for testing.
4. Buyer to pay royalties,taxes documentation and insuarance.
5.Documentation to be applied with the Ministry of Mines and takes only *8 hours to be ready.
6. After all the above is done the Seller and Buyer to travell together to the  point  of delivery for final refinery and after this process, the Buyer to pay 
the Seller the full amount by TT.
