Cementrade can supply the following grinding media:

1) High chrome grinding media that are ideally suited for cement clinker grinding and various iron ore grinding at 2nd and 3rd stages. The main alloys we offer are: 
  - CTGRIND**2 (*2% Cr,. >*0 HRC): the main field of application is second compartment of cement mill; coal mill, various ore mills with moderate PH value.
 - CTCRUSH**7 (*7% Cr, >*0 HRC): the main field of application is first compartment of cement mill; coal mill and various ore mills with moderate PH value.

2) Middle and low chrome grinding media that are applied in iron ore grinding, they are cheeper then high chrome grinding media, but the wear rate is higher. The specifications for middle and low chrome grinding media are the following:
  - middle chrome: **5,5% Cr, > *8HRC;
  - low chrome: 1,**2,0% Cr, > *8 HRC.

3) Forged balls and cylpebs that are mainly used in mining industry. They are ideally suit for SAG mills.

Grinding media can be packed either in steel drums or in big bags.

The goods are produced in South East Asia.

The foundries, casting high, middle of low chrome grinding media  are used either Disa molding solution or sand coated solution. *0 mm and smaller size grinding media is oil quenched; *0 mm and bigger size grinding media is oil quenched and then tempered. For clinker grinding wear and breackage rates warranties for high chrome grinding media are provided.

Forged balls are produced, using forging and roller machine. We do not offer air hummer made froged grinding media.
