Guarna Assanti Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is produced in the south of Italy. We produced our Oil only from one type of plant named "Carolea", so our Oil is a "monocultivar". The extraction process is made with modern machine, and the temperature never goes up to *5°. It's a cold extraction and is the best way to mantain the flavour and characteristic of Extra virgin olive oil. To be preserved and improved our product is not filtered.
