Product Description

Gum Arabic, also known as Acacia gum , chaar gund, char goond, or meskais a natural gum made of hardened sap taken from two species of the acacia tree; senegalia [Acacia] senegal and Vachelia [Acacia] seyal.
Also called acacia after the original source, gum arabic is used as an emulsifier and a thickening agent in icing, fillings, chewing gum and other confectionery treats
