GY self drilling anchors has been used to maintain and increase the stability of soils by installing the GY high strength anchor rod as the reinforcing elements, according to the principles for execution of geotechnical works. This method used to form a supported structure is called soil nailing, and the GY self drilling anchor rods in the structure are knowed as GY self drilling soil nails.
A GY self drilling soil nail syetem consists of anchor nut, anchor plate, anchor coupler, hollow anchor bar, sacrificial drill bit.

System description of GY self drilling anchors
1, hollow core with continuous hot-rolled outside thread
2, application as injection anchor without casing, especially for non-stable boreholes
3, self-drilling installation, utilization of the anchor bar as drill rod with a single-use drill bit
4, easy extension of the anchor bars by anchor coupler
5, grouting or development of the grout body either simultaneously with drilling using a rotary injection adapter or afterwards
6, assembly of the anchor head with the anchor plate and the nut, stressing and locking
