I am working with a program that can put hard assets into trade. The main requirement is that they must be able to be represented by SWIFT. So if they are in a depository that has the ability to SWIFT the value of the asset, then we can help. The asset is never moved or blocked. The depository only sends the value of the asset. The program used that value to make the trade. The receiver pays all SWIFT costs.
