Product introduction:
PF series impact crusher are designed for crushing ores and rocks with particle size less than ******0mm and compression strength no more than **0Mpa. It has a feature of big crushing ratio, high-efficiency crushing, cubic shape, selectable crushing and etc. It is suitable for the secondary step crushing of different compression strength of rocks for highway, water conservancy, airport construction and is widely used in mining, cement and concrete industries.

Product features:
1. Finished product with cubic shape, no tension cracks, good granular shape, according with the various types of sand and gravel aggregate grade.
2. The machine structure simple, major made of enclosure, rotor, counterattack. Through the top device can quickly open upper rack and replace the machine parts. Between the rotor and the main shaft adopt expansion sleeve keyless connection.

Working principle
The impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharge from the lower part of the machine. The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support.
