Product Description

1. Introduction

The large vertical high temperature vacuum furnace is the kind of heat treatment equipment working in vacuum environment. This metal powder sintering furnace has been extensively applied to ceramic sintering, refractory metal smelting, annealing and university labs. The maximal furnace temperature reaches ***0℃, making our powder metallurgy equipment to be ideal for annealing, drying and heat treatment.

2.Structure

The vacuum sintering furnace has vertical and horizontaltype two kinds. According to the furnace temperature and the customers technological requirements, using graphite, molybdenum or tungsten as the heating element and heat shield. The programmable PID adjusts are installed. The chamber can be moved out totally for easy maintenance. An air charging system is equipped which can fill the protection gas or working gas into the furnace, the gasification current capacity is adjustable. The internal recycling cooling system is equipped, which can accelerate the material to cool in the furnace, reducing working period, and its good for improving the product quality and the working efficiency.
