The main body and gearbox of RTH **0 Hydraulic Honing Machine is made of thick cast-iron and platinum. Operation is vibration-free. The transmission moves up and down automatically. Rotation of the spindle is electronic and stepless. The ascending and descending speed of the spindle could be reduced down to zero. The required spiral adjustment is available. The head-stock is locked magnetically to avoid from spoiling the spiral-design lines during the honing operation. Even in honing operation, the head-stock performs automatic switch-on-and-off. When required, it works intermittently at frequent intervals. The machine has hydraulic operation mode. Vicissitudes ( drops and lift off ) are achieved at the same time. This features provides the exact size of the ALPHA in the honing. It never occure any flank abrasion of honing stones on our machines
