Oil pump is a manual and variable plunger pump, the motor drives
pump shaft to rotate through elasticity shaft coupling, the
absorbing oil cavity forms gradually when plunger pump running and
oil flows into it under atmosphere pressure effect. The hydraulic
oil flows out because of reciprocating motion of plunger pump then
flows into oil circuit, at the same time the plunger pump adjusts
flow rate.
2, YF-B*0 control valve is a
high pressure overflow valve, the rated pressure is set as *6Mpa,
when work pressure is over than *6MPa, the valve opens and a part
of oil return tank that system pressure will not over the preset
value for ensuring system safe.
3, There are two outlets on the
valve seat, open the ball valve of the oil circuit in that outlet
is used, close the other ball valve of the oil circuit in that the
outlet is not used synchronously.
Operation and Commission
1,Check up the hydraulic power system to see if it
looks perfect, tight all bolts in case of loose during hoist and
transport.
2,
Adjust dial disc within the range from 6 to 8 before use, here the
pump’s flow rate is from *6l/min to **8l/min, then tight the nut on
the end of handle. (Generally preset already before delivery from
factory).
3,
before start the plunger pump, adjust the overflow valve to
smallest value.
4,
Check up the speed to see if the motor runs as the same as the
plunger pump, turn on the motor, the cursor rotation of dial disc
will indicate the speed, otherwise correct the wire phase of
power.
5,
Overflow valve ensure the working pressure of system, before
starting pump it is set as “0” value. After pump started, slowly
turn the handle of overflow valve till the read is *6Mpa, which
acts as working pressure. Suggest not adjust *0Mpa as working
pressure, which is the highest pressure of system.
