Its cover is PVC protection pipe, and the middle is Foaming Insulation Pipe. This new style Insulation Pipe solves the problem, the outside heating preservation cotton is prone to aging of the traditional PPR hot-water pipe, which suffer severe environment of wind and rain outside. The heating preservation cotton is permeable to water and easy to drop out, which affects the heat preservation effect.



Our patent product, the new style pipe has increase the PVC pipe outside, between the PVC pipe and PPR pipe is foam insulation material, it is especially adaptable to the outdoor environment, no water seepage, and it keeps good performance even in damp weather. The middle foam insulation material can assure the function of heat preservation insusceptible in *0 years.

In order to make sure the intensity, durability, and good heat preservation function of pipe, our project plans to develop the multi-tier Compound Insulation Pipe to solve the problems, short life and bad heat preservation function of trditional Insulation pipe.this Insulation Pipe is consisted of four layers materials, the first is for hot water, which uses the

PE-RT material, it can avoid the contact between the hot water and galvanized pipe, has excellent corrosion resistance. The second is galvanized, which uses the

galvanized material,it strengthen the intensity of pipe, with high compression strength, its maximal pressure can reach 1.6Mpa，the third is Layer for heat preservation, it uses polyurethane foam to keep warm, has a good heat insulation capacity, the forth is protective layer, it uses the pvc pipe, can prevent the protective layer from the effect of air humidity and the environment exposed to the sun and rain, which will bring the problem about abscission, ageing and so on, it has a good protective effect .
