PROCEDURE:



(A) FOB - PROCEDURE ROTTERDAM AND HOUSTON



1. Buyer sends LOI/ICPO to Seller on receipt of Sellers Soft Corporate Offer.



2. Seller issues Draft Contract along with Commercial invoice; Buyer amends Draft Contract and returns to Seller for final endorsement.



3. Seller issues refinery commitment and Assurance Letter along with below Partial POP documents:



• Refinery Export License.

• Certificate of Company Registration Tax Certificate

• Statement of Product Availability

• Certificate of Origin of the Product.



4. Buyer submit its TSA from verifiable Tank Farm complaint to Russian Transnet delivery logistics or contact and sign TSA with Refinery nominated Tank Farm in other to provide Tank Storage Facilities to receive and store the products at buyers expense .



5. Upon successful completion of the leasing of Tank Storage or CPA as stated above, Seller issues Below Full POP documents to Buyer



• DTA-DIP TEST Authorization.

• SGS report of the product purchased

• Tank Storage Receipt of Product Purchased

• Product Passport.



6. Upon confirmation of Act of transfer in Buyers Name, Seller issues to Buyer Title of Ownership Certificate to be followed by all export documentation at Sellers expenses.



7. Buyer conducts Dip Test on the Product Quality and Quantity Analysis.



8. Upon positive Dip Test Result on the product quality and quantity analysis, Buyer makes payment covering total value of the product by MT**3 and shipping commences immediately



9. Seller or Buyer pays commission to all mandates and intermediaries involved in the transaction as may be agreed in the NCNDA/IMFP
