PS**1INT is insert type inspection machine which can be installed with Camera and Illumination in PET Blowing Machine to inspect the Non-crystallized or Crystallized PET Bottle.
PS**1INT is suitable model when the factory site can not install stand alone inspection machine due to the limitation of space or customer want to minimize the purchase cost. In general, this model is installed on the discharge transfer wheel in the rotary type PET Blower. For the ejection function is working by sending eject signal to the ejector that Blower owned. Although, INT model is cheapest one and does not need the large space in the our PET bottle inspection machines, the installation can be limited by the blower size or structure. Thus, enough blower information is required previously.
