Product Description

These are made from selected varieties of Papaya. Fully- Semi matured Papaya fruits are harvested, quickly transported to our IQF processing plant, inspected and washed. Selected, high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers. Semi-Fully Ripened Papaya fruits are then washed, peeled manually, deseeded, sanitized, diced at different sizes like 6x6 mm, *0x*0 mm, *0x*0mm, frozen and packed under strict hygienic conditions.

Feature and specification

Packaging: IQF products are available in 1, *0 kgs bag in box packing. IQF fruit products are packed food grade LDPE bags.
Quality Standards: HACCP, GMP, are applied in the manufacturing, storage & other operations.
IQF product: It should be stored at cool & dry place below *8°C
Shelf-life: Twenty four months from the date of manufacturing when stored below *8°C.
Custom Products: IQF fruit products can also be supplied as per customers specifications.
Preservatives: Free from any chemical preservatives.
Pesticide Residues: In conformance with WHO recommendations & EC directives.
Color Flavour & Taste:The colour, texture, flavour and taste are uniform and consistent.
