Payment: The Payment Shall Be Made In US Dollars and Guaranteed By an Irrevocable, Transferable Revolving Documentary Letter Of Credit (RDLC) In the Amount Corresponding to the Cost Of one Shipments Issued In favor Of the Seller’s Bank Valid For At Least Thirty (*0) Days. All invoices shall be paid by the Buyer’s bank to the Seller via MT**3 within three (3) banking days without offset, counterclaim or deduction at sight after completion of delivery, upon presentation of a set of documents according to the contract.
