JM **8 is an airborne loop antenna used with the Automatic Direction Finding System. JM **8 is a fixed loop ferrite antenna encased in a low drag aerodynamic composite radome suitable for mounting on the top or bottom exteriors of the aircraft fuselage.
It is in service and production .It is used with Marconi ADF System AD **0 and HAL ADF System ARC **0A. This antenna is qualified and is suitable for JAGUAR, MIG etc.
