Recognition molecules are used by the body's defense system to distinguish its own cells from other substances Your body uses glucosamine, a natural compound, to stimulate your cells to create one of the main building blocks of joint cartilage *- proteoglycans. As you age, the amount of glucosamine created by your body decreases. The result?
