The quality of these organically farmed fish is above average. A gigantic trickle filter of *0 m3 filter materials provides the water treatment .The water quality is measured daily and on request we gladly provide historical overviews of the culture water in figures and graphs . Open and transparent , no addition of drugs , chemicals ,pure oxygen etc. However, only for cleaning and disinfecting occasionally we use Halamid. But never directly into the culture water. Salt is added to the water to an average value of 1 EC, ***0 μS / cm.
