L'Olivine is one of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Morocco. Extracted from the best olives in the Region of Meknes-Fes-Tafilalet, this Olive Oil comes from a tradition of over a thousand years. Its exquisite taste and multiple function have been kept untouched. It's "Extra Virgin" title comes from the fact that the olives are pressed 8 hours at most after being picked from their mothertree, and the oil's acidity does not go beyond 1% (no techniques are used to regulate its acidity). L'Olivine is seeking to find its way into European and North American Markets.
