LAMINATED GLASS (TRIPLEX) this is architectural glass, consists of two or more glasses, laminated together with the help of laminated film. Main triplex function is- to prevent from forced intrusion. Lamination does not enlarge the mechanical strength of glass, but while destruction laminated glass remains safe due to the laminated film PVB (thickness from 0, *8 till 0, *6 mm), it means that, while breaking, glass pieces remains attached to the film.
