A few layers of poplar are hot pressed and glued together under heat and pressure to estabish a stong core.The top an bottom surfaces are sanded to provide an extremely smooth finish.

GlueWBP Phenolic,which has been tested with a *2 hour immersion in boiling water without any delamination.This glue makes the sheet both stronger and more waterproof.
