Liquid Glucose
Shrecose or Glucose Syrup is clear, colourless, odourless, viscous sweet syrup that is manufactured from refined starch.The starch is converted i.e. partially hydrolyzed by means of enzymes.
Shrecose is a mixture of Glucose, Maltose and Polysaccharides. Shrecouse/glucouse syrup are hydrolysis products of starch.
They are purified concentrated aqueous solutions of nutritive saccharides having D.E. values between *8 and *0. The typical specification are given below:
Applications
In keeping with industry standards, Shrecose is packed in **0 kg nett. HMHDPE drums. Alternatively, Liquid Glucose is also transported loose in tankers.
