LUBRICATED PLUGEcono plug valves are presently available in size ranges of 0.5in to*4in (*5NB to **0NB) and in class rating - **0# to ***0#. Valves can be supplied with various types of end connections, i.e., SW, BW, RF and RTJ. Econo plug valves are supplied with various types of operations, i.e., wrench, manual gear and electric motor actuator Econo plug valves are generally supplied with anti-friction treatment on plug surface, ie., PTFE or with electroless nickel plating (ENP). ENP coating is provided as per ASTM B**3 and the thickness can be as per customer's specifications.

Econo plug valves can be supplied, upon customer's request, with special hard facing and corrosion resistant materials including stellite, inconel, etc., to prevent damages due to abrasion by solids or due to corrosion attack.
