Medium Grade Neutral Silicone Sealant

Feature
The product neutral solid, it has high strength, high bonding, medium module quantum, high flexible, good aging-resistant ability ect. Clear, Grey, White.

Scope Of Application
This product are widely used for bonding of glass, rubber, wood, pottery, metal and surface of fibred, Not suitable for bonding of structure parts, and wet, rainy, nonventilative places. No suitable for airproof place and frost, soggy and dank place.

Using Method
1. Clean the surface to get rid of the rust, oil, or any dirty.
2. Stick temporary band to protect the surface after cleaning, and move the band off after applying of the glue.
3.  Cut the bottleneck and fix the nozzle on, then, cut the tube along the seam width.
4.  Check and rectify the tools immediately after gluing. Soak the sealant glue and material completely and keep the surface to be smooth and well appearance.
5.  Keep away of the rain, solvent to get onto the surface before the glue dry totally. The remnants of the glue could be washed off with solvent like acetone, toluol before solidifying. If it is solidified already, scrape off the glue by knife.
6.  No permission to move the sealing 48 hours after gluing, for the sealant does not solidify yet. Otherwise, the effect would be less.
7.  All above guides are just based on normal situation. We suggest to take a trial before mass application according to different operating environment and material although the product is quite stable and high quality.

Warning
1.  It is not preferred for the applying at the air-tight situation. Keep ventilative during the operation as the acetic acid is released due to the chemical reaction.
2.  No toxic of product. But be careful not to make the glue get into the eyes or nose. Wash them at once if does.
3.  Keep smooth and continuous during applying of the glue onto the sealing surface. The adhesive performance would be not good if the air get in.
4.  Tighten the lid at once and take off the extrusion nozzle after gluing to avoid entering of the wet air and causing of the solidifying. Eliminate the remnants around the nozzle.
5.  Operate at 5-40Centigrade and humidity of 40-80%.

Storage and Packing
1.  The product is nonflammable. Keep dry and shade during storage. The shelf life is 9 months in room temperature.
2.  Packing specification: 380g or 420g/bottle Plastic canister packing.
