(1). The real modularized structure, outstanding exchangeability.  
 
There are only three kinds of modules, with which we can get any size of weighbridge you want: 3x8, *0, *2, *4, *6, *8, *0, *2, *4m. Also you can easily enlarge the length from *2m to *8m, or from *8m to *2m only by adding3 pieces of modules, which saves a lot of cost for customers.

(2). More pieces of weighbridges can be loaded into a *0ft container.
The structure is specially designed as per the inner dimension of *0ft  container. The full use of container is to the utmost. We can put 2 sets 3x*8m *0t weighbridge into a *0ft container
 
(3). Ideal delivery time
Real modularized structure ensures us to keep enough modules in stock.That means we can deliver in very short time. Usually,  2 sets  of *8x3m weighbridges can be delivered in *0 days, if the order is stable and large, thedelivery time will be shorter.
 
(4). High strength and heavy duty structure
 
Full checker plate deck (8*2mm), 8 pieces of 6mm thick U-beams are welded for each modular part. CO2 protection welding and Automatic union melt welding of weighbridges ensure each u-beam fully sealed. The CO2
protection welding is standard fillet weld with no end, the weld leg of which isat least 8mm. The safe load is over **0%FS and can handle up 1.5 million weighments.

Step 1: Sandblasting
External surfaces  of all  modules undergo complete sandblasting to remove anycontaminants  such as mill scale,  welding gases,  oli or other residue. We use a centrifugal steel shot blasting system which blasts a mixture of steel grit and steel shot simultaneously to remove contaminants. If the steel is not properly cleaned, paint will flake and wear away, diminishing its appearance,  exposing the scale to the elements and shortening  its lifespan. Although  paint  can  initially  hide  much  of  this residue  on  a  lower quality weighbridge, it will quickly appear once in the field. We use an intense cleaning process to remove all foreign materials and residue before painting toensure proper bonding of the paint.

Step 2: Protective coating
All non-visible steel surfaces are evenly sprayed with an asphalt emulsion coating to protect the steel from internal moisture due to  high  humidity,excessive rain or standing water under the scale.
 
Step 3: Epoxy primer
Once the steel is properly cleaned and prepped, all visible surfaces receive a 4 mil thick coat of high performance epoxy primer. This primer has excellentadhesion to steel, high color retention, rust and corrosion resistance.
 
Step 4: Alkyd enamel finish
3 mill thick specialized hard-coat alkyd enamel finish is applied over theepoxy primer.

(6). Fast and economical installation, even in restricted sites.  
SCS-M weighbridge is humanized designed structure. During assembling,no need to turn over the bridges. It takes usually 5 hours by 2 people to finishthe installation of 1 complete set of *8x3m weighbridge. Even in the place without crane, the weighbridge can be easily installed by forklift.

(7). Convenient access
 Removable section covers allow convenient access for maintenance and service.
 
(8). No exposed wiring
High quality plastic hot water pipes are applied in the weighbridge to protect  the  cable,  which  has  outstanding  rust  protection  performance  and  won'tdamage the cable.
