  Through our associate investment company our company work with  we have the ability to perform on the following:
1. Monetize cash-backed Bank Guarantees (BGs) &  cash-backed Stand By Letters of Credit (SBLCs)       that are leased at *0% LTV to include a 2% commission. Non-recourse loan and the BGs, (SBLCs are returned unencumbered.
2. Purchase MTNs at market rate depending upon the issuing bank and the seasoning.
3. Purchase cash-backed BGs that are owned at *0% LTV to include a 2% commission. BG to be presented at issuing bank at the end of term.
4. Delivery Protocol:
a. Funding Agreement signed by both parties.
b. Borrower or Owner CIS, Passport and specimen text of the BG or MTN.
c. Electronic delivery of the financial instrument via MT**0.
d. Funding on T*3 settlement.
e. Physical delivery **7 days after funding.
We do not do ICBPOs or MT**9 RWA messages. If the financial instrument owner’s banker wants to talk to our banker that can be arranged which is a desk to desk recorded conversation that will immediately prove up the authenticity of the financial instrument and our ability to fund.
