Multifunctional Protective Agent for Insulators (RS**0)
 
**-To make cleaning and anti-pollution flashover treatment at the same time

Technical analysis:
 
1. Appearance: limpid transparent liquid, without impurity substance.
2. Cleaning effect: very effective, especially for oil dirt. Non-corrosiveness, has not harm to the cleaned equipment and its surface.
3. Hydrophobicity：the coating surface hydrophobicity grade is HC1.
4. Self-cleaning property: peel strength between RS**0 coating and imitate dirt layer is less than 3Kpa (Grade 1).
5. Ageing resistance: product has passed ***0 hours accelerated ageing test.
6. Adhesion：The adhesion of RS**0 coating with porcelain or glass surface is grade 1 by circle cut test method.
7. Chemical reagent resistance: put into *5℃acidic, alkali and salt reagent (3%) *4 hours, the coating will no peel off, curled, bubble and change color.
8. Oil resistance: put into **0℃transformer oil *4 hours, the coating will no peel off, curled, bubble and change color.
9. Power frequency wet flashover voltage experiment comparison: comparing the frequency wet flashover voltages of insulators with and without RS**0 coating and find there is not reduction.
*0. Anti-pollution flashover performance (by salt spray test): in the same testing condition of *0kg/m3 salinity, the flashover voltage of insulator with RS**0 coating is at least two times more than the flashover voltage of insulator without RS**0 coating.
*1. Surface dry time: less than *5mins（*5℃±2℃，*0%～*0%RH）
*2. Hardening time: less than *5mins（*5℃±2℃，*0%～*0%RH）
*3. Crosslinking time: it takes 7 days for the coating to crosslinked in best status
*4. Freezing rain and ice coating resistance: compared with the insulator without RS**0 coating, the insulator with RS**0 coating can retard the freezing rain ice coated effect and accelerate the ice shelling off when melts.
 
Features:

Combine the cleaning technology with nanometer film coating technologyto make RS**0 more effective

Simple usage methods:
1. If the equipments surface is dirty,towel dipped the RS**0 could be used to clean and wipe the dirt, after it finished, the equipment surface will form a nanometer protective film with resistance to water and oil.
2. If the equipments surface is clean, RS**0 could be directly sprayed onto the surface, after it finished, the equipment surface will also form a nanometer protective film with resistance to water and oil.
