2. We promise warranty for quality in one year for our video recorder,and 2 years warranty for our cctv cameras. we will repair it for free. But the returning shipping should be paid by customer.
3. All return items must be in good condition. They must be under resalable condition. Men made defects are not guarantee, such as broken, scratched and so on.
