Line heaters are used to heat oil products during transporation and to heat emulsions on oil treatment units. The heater consists of: - a vessel - two coils - a skid - two burning devices - two fume stacks - a site and a ladder The heater comprises of cylindrical container (a furnace case) with a flat bottom, installed on a welded structure sledge. Two fire-chambers are located in the furnace case, equipped with burning devices with igniting and fumes stacks and two product coils. The automation system provides local visual control of the following main process parameters: - oil pressure at the heater inlet and outlet - fuel gas pressure before and after the filter - fuel gas pressure at the burner after reduction - fuel gas pressure at the pilot burner - oil temperature at the heater inlet and outlet - heat medium temperature in the heating block - intermediate heat carrier level - main and pilot burners flame presence For products and information please visit our website at en. teplogaz. ru
