Olei is the first and only extra virgin olive oil in the world harvested exclusively from the oldest centenarian autochthonous olive trees from Galicia, in the North West corner of Spain.
Production is limited to an exclusive amount of *0.**0 – *0.**0 litres a year, due to the quantity of olive trees in existence in Galicia and subsequently in the world of the variety, “Brava”.
This rare variety and limited production lends our product its exclusivity, based on the Galician olive oil production traditions, one of the first and oldest olive oil production traditions on the Iberia Peninsula.
