 A thermal fuse is often found in consumer equipment such as coffee makers, hair dryers or transformers powering small consumer electronics devices.

  They contain a fusible, temperature-sensitive alloy which holds a spring contact mechanism normally closed. When the surrounding temperature gets too high, the alloy melts and allows the spring contact mechanism to break the circuit. The device can be used to prevent a fire in a hair dryer for example, by cutting off the power supply to the heater elements when the air flow is interrupted (e.g., the blower motor stops or the air intake becomes accidentally blocked). Thermal fuses are a 'one shot', non-resettable device which must be replaced once they have been activated (blown).

     Ningbo Xinyuan Electronic Co., Ltd, formerly known as Shanghai Radio Factory ONE, has been engaged in developing and producing thermal fuse and fuse for over *0 years. We are the one of TOP 3 thermal fuse manufacturers in China, joined the committee of China National thermal fuse Test Standard (GB********8) and issued the first version.

   To achieve this goal, we bought the first automatic assembly line with USA technology since ***0.

   Now most of our production lines are automatic. The automatic inspection equipment is under normal operation also.

    Under IS0 ***1 quality assurance system, we are producing over **0 million pcs organic type (RY type)fuse link every year. Our products got the certification of TUV, CE, PSE, KC, CB and UL. In ***3, we cooperated with UL and established a laboratory under Witness Testing Data Program. Then, we became the only one thermal fuse  manufacturer in China who has a laboratory under Witness Testing Data Program (WTDP).

Strong R&D ability:

***5, developed thermal fuse for Mitsubishi refrigerator. Supplied to Shangling refrigerator and Hualing refrigerator.

***7, joined the committee of China National Standard and been the member of issuing standard of  Thermal Fuse Testing Standard (GB********8).

***8, changed the company name to Shanghai Xinyuan Electronic Co., Ltd

***0, opened a branch in Ningbo city. The first automatic assembly line with US technology started in operation.
