THE PROCEDURE (CHINA, ROTTERDAM, INDIA STORAGE DEAL)
 
1. Seller shall issue Corporate Offer to the buyer
 
2. Buyer shall Accept the offer with the following
- CIS (Customers Information Sheet) (See attached)
- Company Profile
 
3. The Seller shall do a due diligence on the buyer and issue a contract to the buyer for execution
 
4. The buyer shall signed , sealed and return the contract with details of his inspection team
 
5. SELLER THROUGH HIS BANK SHALL ISSUES A CORPORATE DELIVERY ASSURANCE LETTER TO THE BUYERS BANK
 
6. The buyer shall issue a PROOF of FUND to the seller in the total amount of NOT LESS THAN $**0million USD which shall be send via bank to bank secured mail or swift MT**9 (The Proof of Fund must not be more than 3 days old accompanied by print out statement of account or tear sheet, signed by a bank)
 
7. UPON VERIFICATION OF BUYERS POF The Buyers account shall be placed on administrative hold (Blocked) for the duration of the contract and SELLER SHALL ISSUES DIP TEST AUTHORISATION TO THE BUYER
 
8. Upon successful inspection, PAYMENT IS MADE VIA MT**3 INCLUDING COMMISSIONS AS CONTAINED IN THE CONTRACT HARD COPIES OF ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION ARE HANDED TO BUYER
 
9. The Buyer then take possession of the product
