1. Sargol (All Red): pure saffron with stigmas without the presence of the yellow part of the filament. All red is slim with small filaments.  2. Pushali: this type of saffron has a larger shape than the All Red and, depending on the length of the yellow part of the filament, it can be divided into different degrees: • Super Quality (PS): no yellow part in the stigma  • Grade 1 (P1) has a part of the stigma yellow, which is lower than that of Grade 2, the length of about 1.5 mm  • Grade 2 (P2) has a part of the stigma yellow, which is higher than that of Grade 2, a length of about 3 mm.  3. Yellow filaments: they are the yellow part of the saffron stigmas .
