A: Gantry frame

HEAVY DUTY BOX BEAM AND FRAME

The main frame is composed of beam and two longitudinal driving frames. The portal of machine is composed of driving frame and beam, beam adopts rectangular square pipe construction, it has high intensity and rigidity, the beam can be installed several pony truck. The transverse driving device each adopts dragging chain. The part of machine realizes high accuracy gear and gear rack and steel band transmission, so that it realizes the stable transmission between the main and assistant cutting torch.

B: Guideway

HEAVY TRACK AND LINEAR RAIL

Longitudinal guide track adopts high accuracy fine milled guide track, the sliding guide track mended accurately is tightly fixed on the basis of concrete or steel-frame with bearer, and it is equipped with adjusting bolt so that convenient for installation and adjustment. Longitudinal driving system is equipped in the longitudinal driving frame, low-position design makes the transmission reliable and stable. At the bottom of the longitudinal driving frame, there are two wheels in front and behind, they can roll smoothly along the guide track, there is guide track scraper front and behind to guarantee there is no sundries on the surface of the guide track, there is off-set clamp wheel in each side of the bottom which has the effect of guiding, in order to guarantee the guiding accuracy of the machine, the machine is equipped with high intensity linear guide track about transverse transmission and jacking of cutting torch (the transverse transmission adopts high accuracy fine milled guide track). The gear and gear rack accurately mended guarantees the longitudinal and transverse transmission accuracy and eliminates the gap.
