Bioaim® F****3 (PBAT/Starch Blend for Bags)

3.       Characteristics

White or little yellow pellets, nontoxic and odorless.

Density: 1.***1.*5 g/cm3 , MFR: ≤*0.0 (**0ºC,2.*6kg).

**0% biodegradable & compostable according to ASTM D***0 and EN ****2.

F****3 could be processed by normal LDPE blowing film machine.

F****3 could be produced into shopping bags, garbage bags and fruit bags.

F****3 film: good anti-tear strength and toughness.

4.       Instructions

Machine: Choosing LDPE film blowing machine. L/D≥*0.

Pre-Cleaning: At former temperature, some F****3 pellets were extruded to clean the machine again. Then turn down the cylinder's temperature to ******0 ºC. Caution: After cleaning, turn down the temperature of the cylinder. If turn down the temperature at first, the die head may be blocked.

Pre-Drying: Our F****3 pellets did not need to be dried prior to use.

Processing Temperature: **************0 (Die Head) ºC. Adjusting the temperature up to ******0 ºC according to blowing speed.

Blowup Ratio: **4(≥2.5).

Drafting Rate: The film drafting rate should be accorded with the material extruding rate.

Film Thickness: 0.***0.*8 mm.

Holdup Time: Longer of the pellets holdup time in the extruder, worse of its quality. If the extruded material changed to be very brittle, deep color or with very low viscosity, the material should to be dropped.

Recycling: After breaking, the mold runner material could be recycled with ****0% addition into the new material.

After-Clean: Extruding some LDPE pellets to clean the machine.
