PP, PE plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the agricultural drainage, building of water supply and drainage, cable laying etc. This line consists of vacuum calibration unit, traction machine, cutting machine, automatic stacker. Single screw extruder and the tractor adopt the imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, its vacuum pump and traction motor adopts high-quality products. The traction machine has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and eight claws traction mode. The user can choose chipless cutting, blade cutting or planetary cutting, the performance of the line is reliable and production efficiency is high. The company can equipped with a special device to produce inner wall spiral pipe, the inner wall of a hollow tube and core layer foamed pipe unit replacement extruder according to user requirements, this line can produce PP, PE, ABS, PP-R, PEX, silicon core pipe and other material pipe. Planet cutting machine adopts automatic computer digital controller, it has the advantages of convenient operation and reliable performance, and it reached the international advanced level.
