PEfilm is transportedinto shredder equably by belt conveyor,shredder into film scraps, and then film scrap conveys into floating washer by screw loader. Floating washercleans filmscras and separates dirt and dust from film scraps by the effect of washing rollers.Meantime, the separated dirt and dust deposits into bottom of floating wahser and cleaned film scraps flow into screw loader by rollers.Screw loader transport film scraps into hot washer.While in hot washer, dirty waste and oil loose from film scraps cuased by hot wter,caustic soda and cleaning chemicals. After hot washer, film scraps enter into high speed friction washing machine by screw loader. For high speed friction washing machine, dirt film scraps are sprayed waterand are rubbing against each other as well as against the high speed rotating screw.Dirt waste is separated from film scrap surface such as soil, oil,sand,leaf,and paper.Thenfilm scraps will enters into floating washer and are washedconstantly bythe effect of rollers in floating washer and are transportation into centrifugal dewater dryer by mesh roller.After centrifugal dewatering , material is send into pipeline dryer through blower,then into packing silo.

Three.The whole line includes:
1).Belt conveyer:Waste film feeding
2).Crusher: Film crushing
3).Screw loader: scrap conveyor
4).Floating washer: Cleaning film scraps and separating remained dirt and dust .
5).screw loader:conveys film into hot washer from floating washer.
6).hot washer:Connected with steam boiler which supply steam into washing tank to heat water. Hot water makes waste loosen from film.Meanwhile add caustic soda and cleaning chemicals to remove dirtand oil from film.
7).screw loader: Scrap conveyor
8).high speed friction washer:Get rid of dirty waste and oil.
9).screw loader:scrap conveyor
