We are producer of PET Flakes based in Khartoum (North Sudan).

Our capacity is **0 MT per month, whoever we plan do up to **0 MT per month in the next few months. and currently we do sky blue and clear colors (if you need different colors we are able to do).
We can promise you that the quality you will get from us is stable without any change as we have a firm quality system that controls our production. we have invested in machines in order to give the best quality.
We have very good machines to remove the PVC and I am sure you will not have the same problem with us.
For PVC we have the following machines:
*- Label remover which remove up to *5% of the labels
*- Selecting belt 8 meters (where our employees remove all bottles with labels on)
*- Friction Washer which remove all dust and also PVC
*- At the end of the drying system, we have PVC remover which remove huge amount of the left over PVC
